Dr Julia Halder

During a PhD on fungal diseases of crop plants, Julia cultivated interests in data retrieval and management, and the importance of individual variation under changes to a system. She now uses these interests in the field of NTDs where she has conducted a systematic literature review and assessment of the potential scope of a database of individual-level STH treatment data. More recently she has worked to develop a workflow and database for collating serosurveys of Chagas disease.
