Gonzalo Sanchez-Arsuaga

Gonzalo graduated in Veterinary Medicine in Spain in 2017. He started in the field of Pathological Anatomy focusing on lesional and immunohistochemical studies of phytomicotoxicosis in sheep. Gonzalo continued specializing in Parasitology, and for this undertook a MSc in Tropical Parasitic Diseases in Valencia, where he did his final project about geometric morphometry in populations of human lice. Gonzalo is in the final year of his PhD working in novel vaccine candidates related to the endogenous development in Eimeria, a parasite that causes severe enteritis in chickens, and consequently, a high economy impact on poultry farmers and producers.
